FOR SERIOUS SELLERS, we would require: name of seller (individual or juridical/company/association), authorized representative (board resolution or Secretary Certificate), attorney-in-fact (SPA Special Power of Attorney), TCT/CCT(back-to-back photocopies), lot plan/sketch, location/vicinity map, tax declaration, whichever is applicable in the course of the registration and negotiation, and other relevant and reasonable documentary requirements that may be subsequently asked by buyer and/or institutions, to facilitate sale.
